A Day of Faith: Sarah Esplin

Last week my good friend Jessica Unga told me about this girl that was asked a variety of questions on TV along with other religions. Rachel Esplin is a 20 year old Junior at Harvard and was put on a panel of people with different religious beliefs. She is asked a series of hard questions about the LDS religion and is asked to address many of the misconceptions that exist in our society. Her answers are fantastic, and I have no doubt everyone present was impressed (including the man to her right). He looked like he was rooting for her, although it's apparent that his beliefs differ from ours.

If only all of us could be so eloquent when asked tough questions! The way she answered the questions and explained things that most non-members don't understand were amazing. I could have never answered those questions like she did. She would make an amazing missionary. You could tell she was very confidant in what she believed in and very elegant with her answers.

I HIGHLY recommend watching this video. Imagine what you would say if you were put on the spot in front of a bunch of people as well as many other faiths...

Here is the video...
