New Family and Friends coming soon!

This summer, I am excited to say that my sister, and my two best friends from California are moving out here to live at the complex we live and work at. Yay!!
They will be living right next door to us in the apartment that used to be the other managers place. She got fired...
It is just as big as our place but the living room is bigger and it has a nice porch area. Dustin and I thought of moving into that place but we like our kitchen better and well, we aren't able to anyway. Tenants, according to BYU standards are supposed to have one window in their rooms and in our apartment two of the rooms do not have windows so we would not be able to rent our place out. But we are okay with that.
I don't have any family from my side out here in Utah which has made it a little hard, but now I am excited my younger sister is finally coming out. It will be nice for me to have my girls so much closer than Cali. Every married girl needs her girlfriends now and then...especially me.
I know that my mom is going to have a rough time sending Jelina out here with no more daughters to be at home with her anymore. Her and dad will just have to come out more often now. It will be very quite at their house after this summer...Sorry mom. :( I'll make sure Jelina doesnt't get married quite as fast as I did. Ha!

Park Plaza

So as some of you may already know, Dustin and I have been working as managers of an apartment complex since we got married. Dustin's bishop while we were dating, hooked us up with this job opportunity because he knew the landlord. It was and has been quite a blessing to have as newly weds. We do not have to pay rent and the only utilities we pay are electric. It is a three bedroom two bathroom apartment and has a lot of space and closet room. I could not be happier with a better apartment that we get for free!
At first we were only assistant managers learning the ways of the complex and how the place was run. It is a very old building and so there is always maintinence and things breaking all the time. So it is a constant job. People call our cell phones at all hours of the day but it keeps us on our toes.
Dustin is learning all the time being our official maintinence man. There is always a new task and Dustin meets them with every intention to get it fixed or figure it out. I know that working at this complex Dustin will learn to be a great handy man down the road when we get our own house. It is a comfort for me to know that. We won't have to pay for some company to fix random things, I got trusty Dusty! Ha ha.
Every other day we take turns working in the office. I never realized how much dough we would be handling day by day. I wish the money I deposit for this place every week was money for me! All those Benjamins.....sigh..
We do get paid pretty well here though. Now we'll definately be able to save up for that trip to Guam and Yap we want to take before a little one comes along!

We had such a fun first New Years party at our house. The theme was "pajamas" which made it all the better. We had tasty snacks and egg nog and of course... martinellis. For a couple hours we watched funny videos from youtube.com like in the old days when we all were single and dating and lounging around the cedar mansion house in the basement. Good times good times....The ladies havin some giggles...
We had retarded blower thingys that would wack the person next to us in the face as well as whip out spurts of spit haha. We couldn't stop laughing and whipping eachother.
